Founder of the HGRM Holographic Gender Relationship Mapping, member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and holder of both the Chinese National Level-2 Psychological Counsellor Certificate and the U.S. ACI Registered Counsellor Certificate. She has nine years of experience specialising in gender dynamics, attachment repair, family-of-origin healing, and high-energy personal reconstruction.
Her original framework, the HGRM Mapping, is built upon the core concept of Yin-Biased (YNI) and Yang-Biased (YBI) relational energy structures, integrated with four relational quadrants (I Mirror, II Shadow, III Bond, IV Discipline). This model reveals recurring relationship patterns and deeply rooted scripts, offering a clear and structured pathway for emotional and relational transformation.
Before her counselling career, Moran lived and worked extensively across Europe, Southeast Asia, China, and Australia. Her multidisciplinary background—from international aviation to entrepreneurship and multicultural family life—gives her a unique ability to support clients with precision, empathy, and strong analytical insight.
